How will my order be delivered?

Our Shipping System: 

All of our products will be shipped within 1-7 days.

Orders over £50 are FREE
Standard: £4.00

Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery, the order will be returned to a Royal Mail Depot (local to you) where it will be held until you arrange a new delivery date with the Royal Mail.

From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service with an accurate price. All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched within 1-7 days. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries are made anytime between 8am and 8pm. If you need your order by a certain time, please CONTACT US and we will do our best to organise this for you.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened.  This is clearly stated under every product on our website. If you have any issues with our products, please CONTACT US.
